Let the Rhodies Take the Stage
My friends and myself took a ride down to the Susquehanna River this past weekend. Specifically, to the Holtwood Preserve….one of several natural areas managed by PP&L. After a quick trip down the previous weekend to do some scouting we knew that the Rhododendrons would be in full bloom this weekend. We had a really great time dodging all of the Amish on the way down too….yikes. The glen was beautiful with walls and walls of wild Rhodies in spectacular bloom! 
It was a great day!
