May 8, 2013 High winds and overcast skies kept my friends and I from realizing optimal images of birds in flight with dramatic light last weekend at Bombay Hook NWR.  I think this was my favorite shot of the day, which if conditions would have been better, I would have never gotten.

The Jet Star roller coaster broke away from Casino Pier in Seaside Heights, NJ during Hurricane Sandy last fall.  I made it up there with a couple of friends to get this once in a life time (hopefully) image.   BUY THIS PRINT!

March 10, 2013   Caught a beautiful crescent moon in the pre-dawn hour before sunrise on Sunday morning at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge.  Unfortunately, rising at 4:30 am didn’t get me there in time to catch it right at the horizon.  I guess that’s for another day….
